Scraper bridge

Centre bearing

Chassis

Ground sludge

... removal using a line of V-shaped scraper plates that move the sludge to the suction pipes. Scraper plate with elastic wiping strips and holders on the scraper bridge.

Suction pipes

... with number and nominal width dimensions for the anticipated amount of return sludge and with telescope pipes adjustable with hand wheels from the bridge. These suction pipes lead into a collection box that also serves as a pump receiver for the siphon system and is hung below the scraper bridge using appropriate brackets.

The siphon system

... is appropriate to the return sludge quantities mentioned above and flows directly into the on-site return sludge channel that leads concentrically around the central structure. For winter operation, the siphon dome is heated for frost protection. Inductive flow measurement can be provided as an option upon request.

Evacuation device

... for the siphon system consisting of works water and injector pumps.

Stainless-steel control cabinet

Heated, ventilated and lighted stainless-steel control cabinet with all control components for the scraper (relay control, SPS control also available with bus coupling) on the front. Complete installation of the scraper device assembly with rotor monitoring of the non-driven rotor, with emergency OFF switch at the bridge ladder and the control cabinet, with a 220 V socket and vat illumination for the scraper. The connection terminal box on the central structure is the supply limit.
